Tracking & authenticity
Each shipment includes a packing slip with a per-item code you can scan to verify authenticity and view the lot’s Certificate of Analysis.
Returns
Because these are research materials, opened items cannot be returned. Damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items are eligible for replacement or refund when reported promptly with your order number.
